Assignments
Class Dojo can be used in my future Earth and Space Science classroom. I can put all of my class periods up onto Class Dojo and give each student points or the whole class points when they perform certain tasks. Once the student or class reaches a certain amount of points I can give them a reward like no homework or pick from a prize box. I have tried a candy jar in my senior experience class and this can be used as an alternative. Class Dojo is better at targeting certain behaviors and allowing the students to know what they are getting rewarded for.
This Powtoon video is on 10 facts about the solar system. It is meant to be an introductory video to the solar system unit. Powtoons allows teachers and students to create animated videos to present to the class. It is good for teachers to use and present introductory videos like I created or to present class rules, class syllabus, introduce yourself as a teacher, and so much more. Students can use it as another tool other than PowerPoint to present information to the class.

By using movie maker I created a video for my best friend Ashley. She is enlisting into the National Guard this summer and I thought that it would be nice to make a video for her before she leaves for basic training. College next semester is definitely going to be different without her around. I am going to miss her a lot.
